I love my Dad. He’s unique, funny, studly, charming, opinionated and damn he can be cranky (if you ask him he says he’s “calm, cool and collected” HA). He has many opinions, in particular about politics and TV/Actors. For almost every show or actor you mention he has a reason not to like them or why he won’t watch that person/show. I always ask him, “why he let’s it get to him so much.” And tell him TV is supposed to be a way to relax after a long day.

Yet, here I am doing the same thing with Idol. I am frustrated beyond words that Sanjaya is still on the damn show. He sucks. His hair last night – I won’t even go there, he sucks. I wish I had never started watching this season. I have enough stress in my life without the help of my television, thanks.

In other news, I am on my 4th load of laundry today. And before you say I should do it more frequently, I DO. I swear the shit multiplies. And what I really want to know is, “What happens to all the damn socks? Where do they go?” How is it I always put pairs in and only half the pairs come back out?? Anyone?

I am going down to visit my parents tomorrow and taking the little guy with me. I love my Dad’s cooking and spending time with my Mom. And my sister/nephew/niece (I had to mention her so she doesn’t yell at me). Which means I have to make it as easy for the Man as possible before leaving.

To keep it fair, since you had to put up with all my bitching, I have two handy dandy tips to share:

1. Always wear sunblock, sunburn is suckful. I was that pastY and yes, that stupid. I live in Florida for crissake, I know better but I was lazy and now I am paying for it.

2. When you are burnt and sore ALREADY, working out may not be the best idea you have ever had. Now I desperately want to pop a muscle relaxer but they make me so sleepy and I have a ton more laundry and a ton of blogging to do.

Damn, I almost forgot about the 3:15 doctor’s appointment. Today is clearly one of those days… Need more coffee.

PS. This post is dedicated to my darling sister. My life is all about entertaining her ;)

Where do the socks go? If you find out, be sure to let a sister know, would ya? I swear this happens to me all the time. As far as Sanjaya goes, my theory is that it’s all part of a big effort by pharmaceutical companies designed to drive Americans deep into narcotic addiction. OK, maybe that’s going a wee bit overboard. But, I tell you, every time that freak “sings” I suddenly long for an Oxycontin. Go figure.

Brandi, I am glad it’s not just me. Where do those damn socks go? It seems to be the best hiding place ever so I want to go there ;)

As for Sanjaya, I don’t thinks a wee bit overload! I dislike him that much too. Oxycontin would be good, I have Xanax, wanna swap?

Seriously though, he bettr GO HOME TONIGHT!

Stop complaning about American Idol because you will continue to watch it. You and I complain non-stop about the Young and the restless but we still watch it were suckers!!

I think it should be called, “Who in America Can Take a Joke” Because that is what Sanjaya is. He is a good kid, but def not the best!

The problem is that American Idol should be called, who is 12 and has a cell phone? Luckily my daughter could give a crap, but that is what is voting on this damn show. It’s so stupid! I only watch on the days there is nothing else on. Although I always have watched the show this way. Never got caught up in it. But I’m very anti-AI after the last time up here in Seattle and the handi-capped guy. Yes, he was handicapped, our local radio station had him on. :( American Idol is the next Blade Runner. It’s already started. We’ll laugh at anything for entertainment. :(

I hadn’t watched since Rubin won and I wish I hadn’t started watching again to be honest… It’s just stupid.
