My insomnia has been at an all time high these past couple months. It’s exhausting to say the least. And not only the insomnia itself but the thoughts that consume my mind at night are really wearing me down. I can’t always take something to sleep because then I won’t get up in the morning. So, what’s a girl to do?
Rent NCIS from the library and watch it until I fall asleep. Or turn on TV Land until I fall alseep to that. My routine is upside down with summer here. But we go back to school on August 9th so I am trying to find a way to create a better, healtheir schedule. What do you do when you can’t sleep?
